A rental assessment determines the market value of a property. It looks at the property’s value as well as the potential cash flow that investors could get from renting it out.
The property manager at Alice’s Home will thoroughly examine your investment property, evaluate its salient features, and determine its rental appeal. We will consider your property’s dimensions, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking, the property’s condition, its fixtures and fittings, and the caliber of any renovations.
We’ll also examine the current local market value, see what comparable properties are currently available for rent, and see what has been rented in the previous 90 days.
Once all of the assessments are completed, we will present you with a suggested rental pricing guide for your property.
