Property Space

This spacious and modern two-level home is the perfect base for your stay in West End. With four bedrooms and a sleepout, it can comfortably sleep up to nine people. A baby cot is also available for your convenience.

On the bottom level, you’ll find two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a laundry, and a bathroom. There’s also a large external deck and bar with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor entertaining. A study area with a computer monitor and keyboard provided (computer and laptop are not provided), you are welcome to bring your laptop and cable to use these.

The top level features two bedrooms and a sleepout, along with a fully equipped modern kitchen with V~Zug Swiss quality combi steam oven and quality kitchen appliances. The spacious deck on this level offers beautiful views and is perfect for relaxing with friends and family.

In total, there are three bathrooms and toilets in the house, ensuring everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

With high-speed Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning, Home Pod Music system (just ask Siri to play you a song) and a washing machine, everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this house has everything you need for a memorable stay in Brisbane’s vibrant West End.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, the sleepout, three bathrooms, and all common areas as well as 3 parking space.

The house has a private entrance, so you can come and go as you please without worrying about disturbing anyone. There’s also a private parking spot for your convenience.

You’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, so you can stay connected with friends and family during your stay. Air conditioning is available to keep you cool and comfortable, and there’s a washing machine available for your use.

Whether you’re cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, relaxing on the spacious decks, or enjoying a barbecue on the outdoor bar, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

✖No pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property due to potential allergies and other concerns.

✖No parties: Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed in the property.

✔︎Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels low.

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors’ peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 10 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out.

✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3-8 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 9, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

✔︎Water & Power: As Hosts, we try our best to look out for the environment. We ask that you be conscious of the amount of water and power you use. Sometimes you will need to run the hot tap for a little bit before hot water comes out.
