-Support your team/see a show at Suncorp Stadium (700m)
-Dine in Paddington’s LaTrobe precinct
-Walk through Roma St Parklands to the city (20mins)
-Bus stop 150m away.

Set below a family home, the unit has private access & parking.

Property Space

The unit is set underneath a family home, has its own private entrance, patio and carport. Keyless entry means Check In is a breeze.

Once inside you’ll find a comfy queen sized bed (premium Slumberland mattress), ensuite and a spacious lounge room with a TV.

The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster and kettle, with a huge pantry for guests choosing to have an extended stay.

In the hallway there is a wardrobe with hanging space, housing an iron and ironing board. There is a laundromat nearby at the top of the hill should guests need to do laundry.

Guests visiting Brisbane city destinations will be delighted to be close to all the action with restaurants, pubs, Suncorp Stadium, QUT Kelvin Grove, St Andrew’s and RBWH all nearby.

Like many streets in the Paddington area, the hill is quite steep, so we suggest those who choose to park on the street ensure you have your hand break on. Guests will find walking to the top of the hill offers a good vantage point for viewing fireworks in the city and at Suncorp Stadium.

One free undercover parking, but not suitable for large vehicles

A travel cot can be provided on request.

There are two stairs from the carport to the patio, and another step to enter the front door, making this property unsuitable for wheelchair access.
