Things to note

✖No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property or on the balcony.

✖No pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property due to potential allergies and other concerns.

✖No parties: Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed in the property.

✔︎ Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 3-8 pm, and check-out is at 10 am or earlier. Please let us know if you need to adjust these times and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

✔︎ Hygiene is important to us so please put away rubbish and use the garbage bags and cleaning wipes provided to ensure cleanliness.

✔︎ Please clean the dryer filter after each use.

✔︎ Please make sure to keep shoes off of the bed and furniture.

✔︎ Stains on linen or white towels will be considered damaged if stains cannot be removed.

✔︎ Enjoy yourselves, however, please take care with foods that can spill or stain our carpets, couches, and bed linen.

✔︎We do charge extra fees in case of loss or damages to our property such as towels, linen, and furniture.

✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home

✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbors’ peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.

✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use an oven, do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 2, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Our internet usage capacity is for general use only, like email management, social media. Downloading large files and streaming HQ videos may incur extra charges.
